Whitely is currently in beta / testing mode. The platform is software only and is not currently operating as a licensed healthcare staffing agency, nurse registry, or health care services pool. No real healthcare staffing is being performed during beta.
1. Beta status
Whitely is provided for evaluation and testing only. Features, availability, and data may change without notice. Do not rely on Whitely for real workforce decisions, patient care, or income during beta.
2. What you must not do
- Do not upload real patient data or protected health information.
- Do not upload real professional licenses (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, Med Tech, compact nursing).
- Do not submit or accept real payments through Whitely.
- Do not book real healthcare shifts or provide real patient care through this platform.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or facility.
3. Test data only
All accounts default to test mode. All uploaded documents, shifts, wallet balances, and timesheets are treated as beta test data and may be deleted at any time.
4. No payments
Wallet balances and instant-pay displays are simulated. No real money is moved.
