Whitely is in beta. Only test data should be entered. Do not upload real patient information, real medical records, or real professional licenses.
What we collect during beta
- Account information: email, name, role, and phone.
- Worker profile: role, experience, availability, and general location.
- Facility profile: facility name, type, address, and authorized contact.
- Uploaded test documents (marked as beta / test).
- Shift and timesheet test activity, wallet simulation events.
- Basic device, browser, and app usage metadata for reliability and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Beta data is used only to operate, test, debug, and improve the Whitely platform. We do not sell personal information.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your Whitely beta account and associated test data at any time by emailing support@whitelystaffing.comfrom the address on your account.
